Nina Noorali's career didn't start in wellbeing. She spent 17 years in insurance and actuarial work, across several countries, analysing risk and managing teams for a living, before making a 180-degree turn into humanitarian work.
That turn took her into some of the most demanding contexts there are: training breathwork and nervous system regulation with refugees, survivors of abuse & war, detainees and communities living through crisis.
Twenty years of that work, across an unusually wide range of people, from CEOs to prisoners, from freelancers to NGO staff, taught her the same thing again and again: regulation isn't a luxury, it's the foundation everything else stands on.
That foundation is what became Shift2light. Today, Nina works with women navigating perimenopause and with the organisations that employ them, on one core idea: this isn't decline, it's recalibration.
Her approach bridges twenty years of nervous system and breathwork training with the endocrinology and neuroscience of what's actually happening in the body during this transition, always routed back to something the reader or client can do today.
She lives in Brussels and works bilingually in French and English, with a dual practice: 1:1 and group coaching for women, and corporate training for HR and L&D teams who want to get menopause-at-work right.
